About Glenn Fulcher
For more than 34 years, Union leader and Telford, Pennsylvania, resident Glenn
Fulcher has played an integral role in Teamsters Local 830 and the community at
large, amassing a number of notable achievements in the process. Vice President
of Local 830 since 2006, Mr. Fulcher invests his work with an impeccable history
of service to the union, a demonstrated expertise for contract negotiations and
conflict resolution, and a steadfast dedication to the welfare of fellow union
members. In tandem with his responsibilities as Vice President, Glenn Fulcher
helps to promote Local 830’s college scholarship program, serves as a Trustee to
the Union Pension Fund, and represents the Union at such gatherings as the PA
Conference, the IBT Convention, JC-53, and the Brewery and Soft Drink
Conference.
Recognized for his charitable contributions as well, Mr. Fulcher frequently volunteers his time,
energy, and resources to a vast array of worthy causes in the Philadelphia, Telford area and beyond,
including Aid for Friends, St. Francis Inn Ministries, City of Hope National Medical Center, Children's Hospital
Of Philadelphia, Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital and The National MS Society.
Prior to his election as Vice President, Mr. Fulcher spent two years as Recording Secretary of Local 830,
during which time he graduated from the Teamsters Leadership Academy. Employed
by the Coca-Cola Company from 1980 through 2003, Glenn Fulcher worked as a
delivery driver and sales representative in Montgomery County, Bucks County and the Philadelphia region.
Previously, Mr. Fulcher served in the U.S. Army, where he earned promotion to
Sergeant and was honored with Army Good Conduct and Commendation Medals.
